Ordering Process
You can start your order process by going through the Rugby Jersey Designs page and submitting a design for us to quote. Alternatively you can contact one of our sales agents and they can have the process started for you.

Here at Rugby Jerseys Direct, we try to simplify the process for you as much as possible by starting with all the information in regards to your requirements. A good foundation leads to a great end result!
We start with our Design Information Booklet. In here you will find all the information you need to know about designing your Rugby Jersey.
We then move to the sample section.
This is where it starts getting exciting!
We create a full digital mock up for your approval.
After the digital mock up is approved, we move into production.
Once production is completed, your order is shipped and ready to be received by you.
We do have minimum order quantities. It is dependent on the garment composition and design. Get in contact with us to talk about your order and how we can help.
Shipping
We do ship internationally. Let us know where you need us to ship your jerseys and we can include it in your quote.
In order to give you the best possible price on your order, we ship the most economical and effective way possible. If you wish to use your own courier account or means of shipping then please let us know before shipping so that we can organise it accordingly.
The duration of shipping depends on the location of where it is shipping from and where the end destination is. As we have updates on where your order is, we will be able to update you.
Returns
We strive to make sure that the quality and design of the jerseys you have ordered, are of a high standard and accurate to design. This is why we have checkpoints through out the ordering process to make sure that the risk of something going wrong is minimal.
If there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please get in contact with us ASAP and we will work out a solution that suits.
